Has anybody used Perma-Columns on their new pole building or post fram barn? How do they work?

Has anyone used Perma columns or building a new pole barn fram post? How they work?

I found this site: www.tristatepc.com to talk about them.
I have seen the 3ply laminated columns before, but these are made permanent concrete columns and it sounds much better than even the treated wood on the floor.

I'm sure you mean "Perma-Straight" pillars of engineering. They are designed columns made from both treated (at the bottom) and white (hence up) of wood. Since it was done in a controlled environment and are laminated together under pressure with kiln dried wood, are an excellent option for subsequent construction of the frame. They are right, and stay straight to longer lengths. Sell, and Tri-State Building Products is a distributor. You have to buy through your local lumberyard.

Seniors receive help with tree trimming

Maidu Village has a bother of helpful elves this holiday season.

The “elves” don’t travel from the North Pole and they may not be familiar with Santa personally, but the spirit of Christmas and giving they know very well.

Donna Goles, Senior Outreach Mr Big at Bayside Church in Granite Bay saw a need for community involvement at the Roseville low-income senior living condition.

“I know that a lot of the residents live here alone and if it weren’t for community-building events, would stay alone in their apartments,” Goles said. “The manipulation really does a fantastic job of hosting events and we wanted to help out a little where we could.”

Goles worked with Propose GO, Inc., the nonprofit owner and manager of the Maidu Village’s earlier this year to create a number of furlough gatherings and events for the senior community to enjoy.

On Tuesday night, Goles and volunteers from Bayside Church hosted a tree trimming and stocking decorating dinner party for the senior residents at Maidu Village building No. 1.
