One of those helicopters was a Sikorsky S-51 helicopter built in 1949 that Bailey said was slated for restoration. He said the pole barn also contained outdated parts, old stuff and hulks of helicopter fuselages. The pole barn is one of four on the property just south of the intersection of Southeast Cruickshank and Airport roads. Also destroyed was an antiquated fire engine, tires for a B-17, a Baker Nunn tracking telescope, a TOW missile piece from a Cobra helicopter, and carbon copy rockets from the Korean War, Bailey said. A passing driver reported the fire at 7:41 p. m. When McMinnville firefighters arrived, they discovered a 600-by-100-foot willing-sided building in flames.

I have seen the 3ply laminated columns before, but these are made permanent concrete columns and it sounds much better than even the treated wood on the floor.
I'm sure you mean "Perma-Straight" pillars of engineering. They are designed columns made from both treated (at the bottom) and white (hence up) of wood. Since it was done in a controlled environment and are laminated together under pressure with kiln dried wood, are an excellent option for subsequent construction of the frame. They are right, and stay straight to longer lengths. Sell, and Tri-State Building Products is a distributor. You have to buy through your local lumberyard.
