Rockville/North Bethesda/White Flint Maryland- How many people manage your condo building?

I wonder how many people manage their building, and that such persons are also responsible for collecting fees? Besides, how many units are in your building? What I want to know what is the case of the gallery, the British pound, and TenTenOne.
I lived in a building where there were 150 units and 1 manager of the building making $ 65k/year who took charge of everything, including the collection of contributions. Now I'm looking at a building with just over 200 units where there are 2 managers on-site construction off site, plus a management company.Needless to say, the management fees are not outrageous ($ 250k/year)! Thank you!
I lived in Alexandria, in a building with 420 units and have had 1 manager, 2 deputy directors, 1 administrative assistant, 1 clerk and 3 maintenance workers. They also had bunches of the front desk time workers. All were employed by the Condominium Association. They ran the daily operations.
Then there was the management company Legum and Norman, who ran to all business and financial matters and contract gardening, security, etc. ..
The average condominium building was $ 500/month x 420 units is $ 210k/month income.
